I have employed Pat O’ Grady on a variety of domestic developments, over the past 14 years. Ranging in scale from site layout, domestic foundations, site works, paving, block and brickwork, ornate fireplaces, roof repair and the constructed our two-storey home.

I have found Pat to be a gentleman, honest and enjoyable to work with. He is thorough professional and has applied this to all aspects of work he has carried out for me. All projects have been finished to a very high standard of workmanship. They were completed on time and to the agreed budget.

He is very competent, with a wide knowledge and years of experience. He takes an active role and interest in the design and detailing of the projects and is pro-active in proposing alternative methods and solutions to problems arising on site. He also has access to a large pool of quality and highly skilled tradesmen and sub-contractors.
